With a background spanning commercial management, project delivery and technology, Ryan has led the evolution of RMB&Co. from a specialist utilities consultancy into an integrated commercial management partner. Today, he works closely with leadership teams to help organisations strengthen supplier governance, improve commercial visibility and achieve sustainable operational performance.

Reegan Haigh leads the commercial management function at RMB&Co., overseeing supplier performance, commercial governance and operational delivery across the business.

Beginning his career in accountancy, Reegan gained valuable experience with Hargreaves Brown & Benson Accountants, developing a strong foundation in financial management, commercial analysis and business operations. That background continues to shape his structured and data-driven approach to client service.

Since joining RMB&Co., Reegan has played a key role in the company's growth, helping expand its services beyond utilities into a broader commercial management offering. His experience spans procurement, supplier management, property, facilities and operational performance, ensuring clients benefit from robust commercial oversight and measurable long-term value.

Leanne Whitfield leads the day-to-day operational delivery at RMB&Co., ensuring clients receive a consistent, responsive and high-quality service across every stage of their commercial journey.

With extensive experience spanning retail, hospitality and business services, Leanne has developed a strong track record in supplier relationship management, operational efficiency and client support. Lucy Dixon leads the client onboarding process at RMB&Co., ensuring every new client experiences a structured, efficient and well-managed transition from day one.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and the wider commercial team, Lucy coordinates implementation, gathers key operational information and ensures services are introduced with minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations.
